FIRG is run by a committee of members acting in an honorary position, with the cost of surveys negotiated with the service provider.

A small annual administration charge covers the cost of management and administration costs, and allows the quality of the survey to be continually improved.

Conference attendance fees are charged at cost.

FIRG is proud of the reputation of the salary survey. The exceptional quality and consequent credibility of the survey is the product of on-going commitment and contribution by members to the process of developing and maintaining the survey, and contributing accurate and comprehensive data.

FIRG engages consultants to provide expertise, resources, systems and advice to facilitate the production of the survey. However, the ownership of the matrices and the data, and the ultimate responsibility for the quality of the survey lies with members.

The contract between FIRG and its consultants prevents any unauthorised use or disclosure of FIRG data.

The FIRG software is proprietary to the consultant and is not be used for any other purpose.
